How to Use Classifieds...

• MyAstoria.com Clasifieds are 100% FREE
• You must be a Member to post Classifieds. Membership is also 100% FREE. Click Here to Register Now.
• You may post up to 4 Classifieds per week.
• A post will be displayed in the Classifieds Listings 28 days following date of approval.
• You may sell or advertise commercial goods and services from these Classifieds, so long as the business, goods, and services you provide are legal and ethical. MyAstoria.com reserves the right to reject or deny any business that we feel violates these conditions.
• We make it easy for someone to reply to your post. Rather than having your email displayed to the public, a link to a reply form is available under each listing. Only you are able to view the replies to your posts!
• You may post contact info, such as phone numbers and street addresses in your post.
• You may not post Email Addresses, even your own, for security reasons. People can still easily contact you by "Replying to Post", which generates a private message only you can see and is stored in your Classifieds Reply Inbox.
• You may link to External Sites, simply by including the full URL of the site in your post! (Please include the 'http://')
• You may link to a MyAstoria Directory Deluxe Listing, which can contain email addresses and a link to your site.
• You may not embed HTML or any other possibly mailicious code into your post. Bold, italic, and underline instructions are available on the left side of the page when posting, should you feel the need to format the text of your post.
• When submitting a new post, avoid using your browser's Back Button. This could wipe out your post in progress, before it is submitted. Instead, use the "Make Changes" button that we provide.
• Editing Your Post: It is important to note that editing your post after you have submitted it will count as a Repost, and will again be subject to Administration Approval.
• Reposting: You may repost any post at any time to bump it back up to the top of a Category Listing. However, during the process of reposting, your post will again be subject to MyAstoria Administration Approval.
• Every post will be subject to Administration Approval which may take up to 1-2 business days. This is to ensure the quality of the posts that are viewed by our community.
• Should your post be denied, you will not be penalized for the denial and may freely post again. Also, the denial will not count toward your weekly total. (Yes, we are that nice...)
• MyAstoria.com reserves the right to deny or delete any Classified without explanation, if we feel the post has violated any of the rules mentioned here or in our Terms of Service.
